I think it makes sense when the remake is actually a forgotten game or something without a modern incarnation but Rayman legends was ported to like 7 different systems, came to Switch in 2017 + holds up incredibly well and not that forgotten at all imo. So essentially it makes for a bad case study on the interest in the franchise Similar to TLOU Remake for PS5 (also another 2013 game with an uneeded remake)
On a positive note, I do love the graphical presentation
