A few games that I like that are under the $30 mark:

Bubble Bobble
Castlevania
Dr. Mario
Ducktales
Mega Man 3
Super Mario Bros 1/2/3
Tetris
Zelda II

Nothing earth-shattering (NES was a bit before my time), but I have personally enjoyed these games.
