The majority of Nintendo's games still feature them, and they're on by default in most of the best selling first party games on Switch; BOTW, TOTK, Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2/3, Super Mario Party, Switch Sports, Ring Fit Adventure, Luigi's Mansion 3.

I couldn't find much data from more recently, but in the original Splatoon, 75% of players played with motion controls: https://gamesbeat.com/around-75-of-splatoon-players-use-the-gyroscope-control-method/

Feature seems like a strong word, because motion is 100% optional.  I never used it in Botw, totk, mario, etc.  To me a core feature isn't optional.  And while Nintendo still leans into it (slightly), nobody else is.  I think motion is niche at this point.

Either way, I do think the Wii was underrated by core gamers, really good system.

My answer stays as Zelda (for software) as being the most revolutionary.  It was so far ahead of it's time.  For hardware, I think the most revolutionary by Nintendo is the Switch, I think it trumps the Wii by a stupid margin.

Technically lots of things are optional; 4K and 120Hz output, or 60fps performance modes are optional on PS5 yet I'd still call them a pretty key feature. Online is optional, yet still an important component of modern systems.

I feel like we may have had this discussion before to as I am getting a feeling of deja vu; we'll probably have to just agree to disagree on this one.

I personally wouldn't put Wii Sports as their #1 most revolutionary, just maybe in the top 10.
