I can see you can get the Fallout 4 Game of the year edition for £8.99 which is all you need really on PC. Paying £50 extra for the Switch 2 version seems too much especially as you don't need the creation bundle at all. What would be fair pricing on Switch 2 for this? I feel like it shouldn't have been anymore than £29.99 and perhaps discounted to £14.99 on occasion. They can keep the creations bundle to be honest. However performance wise on Switch 2 I think is fine yes you can play it on Steam Deck with more detail, better motion clarity, lower input lag and better frame rates but Switch 2 seems fine and I suspect it will get better with higher resolution DLSS output soon. I'm sure I will get Fallout 4 for Switch 2 at some point as its one of my favourite games but I'm not paying the early adopter tax. I've played a lot of Fallout 4 on PS4 standard console and absolutely loved the experience and Switch 2 seems to be overall an upgrade on that. Mind you, you can probably buy a base PS4 or Xbox One with Fallout 4 for less than the price of this Switch 2 version.

I also think the game is overpriced and haven't bought it for that reason, but let's not forget that this isn't the pricing of "the Switch 2 version", but the pricing of the Anniversary Edition on all platforms. But yeah, it should have been like in $20-$40 range, not $60.

As for the graphics, I am not making any judgments until the DLSS patch releases. I suspect that docked performance mode will look as good or better than the 40fps mode in that scenario, and the 30fps mode will look much better than the PS4 Pro version (which is also native 1440p.) The handheld modes will be where the most improvement will be seen though.
