All the meanwhile Bluepoint had an awareness before Sony purchased them, I don't think any of us knew who Nixxis was or directly attributes them to one of our favourite or most impressive PS4/PS5 experiences. There shouldn't really be any confusion on why people are frustrated from this outcome when they had specific hopes for Bluepoints future

Sure, perhaps. But even if they were greenlit a game, we wouldn't be seeing it till 2028, possibly, 2029, which is just ridiculous. 

Not Ideal but it happens. Media molecule and Bend Studios  are in the same boat. Naughty Dog isn't far off either, obviously they defaulted to TLOU remake to avoid direct comparison. Nintendo and Retro Studios were in the same boat, more than 8 years even.
