I think this is a reasonably healthy weight so now I just wanna maintain; easier said than done atm due to depression cravings and feeling too exhausted to exercise as much.

We'll see how I go, but my current goal is to get to the end of Jan without gaining.

In my opinion the perfect weight is the one you feel good without being stressed about it.

I'm 183cm, so my weight now is towards the low end of my ideal weight range, but still inside it, giving me lots of breathing room if I have a bad month and gain weight.

Heart disease runs in my family, so I need to maintain a very healthy weight or I get stressed out about it.
