Final result for 2025: 68.5kg, (151 lbs) down from 82kg (180.7 lbs) early in the year, so 13.5kg lost. (29.8 lbs)

I think this is a reasonably healthy weight so now I just wanna maintain; easier said than done atm due to depression cravings and feeling too exhausted to exercise as much.

We'll see how I go, but my current goal is to get to the end of Jan without gaining.
