PS4 is soft-discontinued globally and might have even been outright discontinued without Sony mentioning it yet. 

PS4 might not sell 1,000 units in 2026 in Japan, and probably not much more than that globally.

Shoot, Xbox Series will sell more in Japan next year than PS4.
