It's funny how it's always the Nintendo themed avatar users bringing it up here as if it was ever any dispute that the 160M was made up from thin air...

As someone said early on in the thread, people really do have the right to make a fool themselves.

Yes it's been known for years that the PS2 sold over 159m. The figures they gave for sales of all platforms combined and their other consoles made it mathematically impossible for it to have sold less.

But a lot of people who arent as invested in sales numbers didnt get the memo and now it has been officially stated apparently it came out of thin air and/or Sony are making things up lol.

Yet very eager to make this absurd posts... for some very mysterious reason.
