I don't think there's any bias here. Just fresh reactions to Nintendo of all people putting this front and center ahead of a games release where people are already questioning the value proposition / effort put into the base product. 

EA was voted the world worst company for years in a row and Capcom became a joke because the shit they were pulling during the PS3 gen.

Backslash was there and was strong, indeed.
