That's another of the many possibilities in certain households these days, but in those same households, when there's a bump in the night and the wife tells the husband to go deal with it, is that because she's a lazy POS? Maybe because he's more likely to better deal with the confrontation if there is one? Maybe because it's better if he dies trying to protect the family vs her if it comes to that?
Money isn't the only thing people value. Not in a worthy society that will last anyway. They also say the best things in life are free.
