It's pretty much what I expected honestly, a similar relative boost to Switch 1, enough to roughly double pixel output on the big screen. Power hasn't been Nintendo's priority for a long time so I never expected anything crazy in that regard.

Considering the portable screen is 1080p, games that hit native res should be able to achieve 1440p on a TV, which is a pretty good outcome.

Expected here as well.  I never thought cutting edge hardware.  Nintendo was always going the moderate route to keep an effective price.  And for the price, the S2 is really good.  

I think most games will be 1080p docked like DK.  And to be fair, 1080p is a good image for their games.
