Nice breakdown of this early footage from Digital Foundry. Really makes you appreciate the effort that went into the last gen ports, because clearly there are sacrifices but they've been smart in a way that maintains the experience at a glance.

Switch 2 appears to be a modified version of the PS4. Slightly better in some regards but notably worse than Series S. Without direct comparison though it holds up very well. Hopefully the image quality we see in the final build holds up better in docked mode. I agree that nothing about the footage so far says 1440p or even 1080p. I think 1080p would be a great target output.
