Switch 2 emulation - will it be a problem for Nintendo this generation too?

Alot of pc's out there are capable of it..... it just need some people working on it, chipping away the problem that is getting emulation to run.
The thing is Nintendo Ninja's are scary as f***, and will sue you, or drown you in cases, even if your supposedly in the right, to work on such a project.

I don't think Switch 2 emulation will be out there as fast as Switch's was.

There was also litteraly a way to jailbreak the thing with a clip on release, so it goes to say, they ain't looking to reproduce a similar scenario.
