Yeah, the difference between the digital Switch 1 versions and the digital SW2-enhanced versions is probably not big.

But for Switch1-cartridges, I wonder if only the upgrade data is stored on the internal memory (or on microSD Express) and the rest of the game is read from the cartridge. 

Or will the cartridge only be used as copy protection and the full game + enhancements is stored in the internal memory (or on microSD Express)... similar to Xbox 360 titles on Xbox One/Series.

Ooph, just switch cartridges with a switch 2 patch code. That's pretty dodgy on Nintendo's part
