Some physical games will not contain the game on cartridge (like some current switch 3rd party), and will be marked in this way. Hopefully these ones don't come with the $10 premium lol. AFAIK MK/DK etc are not "game-keys" and do have the data on the cartridge.

I will not be buying any physical games that are just Game Keys. I hope all Nintendo Gabi's are on the card.
