First-party is much more subjective. But from what we know far, Switch has games like

-Donkey Kong Country Returns HD

-Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition

-Metroid Prime 4: Beyond

-Pokemon Legends: Z-A

Wii U had (to name some): Splatoon, Super Mario Maker, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and then some derided first-party games. 

On the third party side Switch 2025 is looking remarkably solid; Sonic Racing Crossworlds, Little Nightmares III, Atelier Yumia and Resleriana, MOUSE, Professor Layton, Civilization 7, Star Overdrive, Guilty Gear Strive, Mandragora, etc.

Thanks for rekindling my memory because ai low key forgot that Layton and Little Nightmares 3 were coming this year.

This is filling my niche pretty nicely already :3
