Hopefully it's backwards compatible with the switch, cause i have heaps of game yet to play. I'd buy it day one if there are some enhancement's to switch games. Such as resolution/ frame rates.

It is confirmed to be backwards compatible by Shuntaro Furukawa.

There really does need to be the approach of Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5 where the games are enhanced. The older days of backwards compatibility where all games played the same (at best) needs to be behind us.

Zelda and Xenoblade in particularly would be godsends with higher resolutions and a minimum of a locked 30 FPS, if not some 60 FPS target options or low resolution with 60 FPS locked.
