It's an investment that will never pay for itself in energy savings.  Hell, the damn things will break down and have to be replaced with new ones.

While it may not pay for itself in energy savings, you now have to buy a picnic table, weatherization for the picnic table, umbrella, power supply, housing for the power supply (to prevent theft), energy for the power supply, labor for the installation and assembly, labor for the creation of the housing for the power supply, labor for bringing the power supply into the building every night and back out in the morning and any replacements for parts that are stolen or damaged during attempted theft attempts.

Am I forgetting anything?
