Again if you google like "woke games 2024", you ll get stuff like:
Forspoken, xdefiant , Concord, Unknown 9 - awakening, Dragon Age - veilguard, Dustborn, Suicide Squad, ....
Maybe they had other issues, but these were all "branded" as really woke games, that then went on to do poorly.
Yes I legit think, all this stuff inserted into games, are hurting them.
You *might* have the self claimed moral high ground here, because "its a good thing" as you say.... however I think alot of the general public just arn't for it.
And yes, I think its hurting game sales.
Like I think the next Assasins Creed, Shadows.... might also be one of the last of its kinde.
(ubisoft is also doing badly atm, and they went really woke, with the next AC game)
Do you think AC Shadows will go on to sell better than typical? because it now has a gay black character, as one of the 2 playable main characters in the game?
