Would King K Rool even be possible, its like they dont want to add him to anything DK related - same with the Kremlings. Only thing that K Rool appeared again in aside from ports/re-releases is Smash Ultimate.

K Rool would be awesome. I don't want the next Mario Kart to just be Smash/Nintendo Kart but adding K Rool in addition to the other non-Mario characters plus Kirby would probably be a great idea. And yes, the Pink Gold Peach and all that just needs to be skins that clutter less slots on the select screen.
