Yeah they don't avoid realism entirely; Twilight Princess pursued a more grounded look for its time, and Metroid typically aims for a semi-realistic approach, albeit in a sci-fi setting. But yeah, 90% of their games are highly stylized, and I doubt very much that will change with Switch 2.

Yes, Nin does dabble in realism at times, but never goes hardcore. It looked like that was the approach for that old Zelda demo, but being Nin they decided against it. Like RDJ says, never go full realism!
