FF 16 looks incredible. The VA is incredible and all the production value. Astonishing actually. The story is gripping so far and far removed from old FF because of how madly dark it is but I wonder if this is anything I couldn't get from watching a no vommentary playthrough of the game on YouTube. I'm not so sure, It has shown me little in the way of gameplay mechanics thus far the tutorial was basically, learn to dodge and swing a sword. There is little else to it beside hitting square square triangle but where as if you do that in a game like GOW it feels good and never stops feeling good. Here it's like you aren't even hitting the enemies, almost like they are a backdrop. I'm confused as to how this is a video game as they've leaned so heavily on the video part of that and less on the game. I'll see more into it but good lord, I wish soke complexity would occur soon
