The pool zombie episode (The Tale of the Dead Man’s Float) still gives me the creeps to this day. Note to self: never watch up close on my iPad.
Anyway, I just watched [REC]. The best way to describe it is this: you remember the movie Quarantine, don’t you? Quarantine is the English version of that movie, although [REC] offers some slight changes to characters and direction that interestingly makes it a decidedly better movie (just like the Japanese/subbed version of Gojira as opposed to the English/dubbed version). You know less about the virus in [REC] and are better focused on tension and atmosphere. Angela, the reporter is more useful to the plot as well in [REC].
