Sales would not have doubled over Playstation's actual numbers. A lot of the Switch users that are interested in 3rd party AA or AAA games also have a PC or a Playstation... or rarely even Xbox.

So if for example Elden Ring released on Switch at launch, combined versions sales would have been higher by maybe 20%-25%, because the other version would have sold less than what they ended up selling.

In the West a very large portion of Switch owners have a PS/Xbox, but not in Japan.
