Nothing of particular note, it seems, but I'm worried The Pokemon Co. and ILCA are still working together after the DP ""remakes"" were a thing.

-Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald map level editor

Ok, that really has my attention. The Romhack community would do wonders with an easily accessible map editor.

-Netflix Live action Pokemon series which was suppose to release this year but still in the works, expected to have 5 seasons

Is this Pokemon Concierge? Or is it something else?

-Gen 10 Pokemon will be on both Switch and its successor

Would Nintendo allow this? Pokemon games are always system sellers, would they kill part of that momentum for extra software sales? Also, GameFreak is already overtaxed with the Switch alone, would making a multiplat like that be even more work?

The Romhack community is gonna be eating with the map editor and the source codes.

Not Pokemon Concierge, Concierge isnt even live action, its a stop motion animation so this is completely different.

Its probably GameFreak's decision. They tend to release games on a previous gen even after a new platform came out.

i.e....

Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon coming out Nov 2017 on 3DS while the Switch had been out since March 2017.

Pokemon Black and White 2 releasing on Nintendo DS in 2012 while the Nintendo 3DS had been out since 2011.

Pokemon Emerald releasing on GBA in September 2004 while the Nintendo DS released November 2004.

Pokemon Crystal released on Game Boy Color in December 2000 while the Game Boy Advance released in March 2001.

So in this case, it would have been exclusive to Switch (though playable through b/c) or split between two platforms. I mean this makes sense since one of the rumors states that BotW might get remastered or remade for the next nintendo system.

But the examples you've cited doesn't prove they intend to do a cross gen release for Gen 10. All we know from the code, is that they've tested versions of the game on the OG Switch. Kinda similar to the Pokemon Stars thing where they worked on a test version Pokemon Sun/Moon on the Switch, but that never got released because it wasn't intended as such.

I believe it to be the same here, except the Switch 1 is too limited most likely and would amper anything they could try on the Switch 2 hardware.
