I mean, we just have to wait and see until the next Nintendo Direct to confirm your question.

Anywoo I do believe some cross gen games are bound to happen. Some bigger projects like the next 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Xenoblade are bound to be exclusive to the Switch successor.
I can imagine however the next titles that aren't power intensive like party games, the next 3D Kirby game, Fire Emblem 4 remake, etc to be cross-gen games.
