I think you meant 24 and they sound like Trails games. I'll give it a shot:

21) Trails of Cold Steel II

I probably know 22 but I can't pinpoint it exactly. I'll go with Hollow Knight

Well, the hint's not wrong, and yeah it should have been 24. Anyway, all three are correct.
