I have to vote for rogue, because it was highly influental as can be seen by all the roguelikes releasing even these days. But I also agree with Conina, Mystery House by Roberta Williams is also a very important game. Will not win as VGC has a console/arcade-bias and therefore ignores mostly what happened on the PC side.
