Nintendo Direct tomorrow (February 8th) - 2 PM PST / 11PM in Europe

Some people are impossible to please.

This was a great Nintendo Direct. One of the best I can remember.

First up - Advance Wars finally has a new release date. Yay. The game should have come out ages ago. It is kind of a bummer we have to wait 2 more months but that is just how it goes.

Metroid Prime Remastered is a good surprise release, even though it had been rumored for a long time. I tried the original on Gamecube and wasn't a fan. I am willing to give the game another chance eventually. I think I will wait until the entire trilogy is available again. It would have been nice if all 3 were available for $60. $40 for one game is a bit iffy. Will be on the lookout for MP 4 news soon.

Game Boy and Game Boy Advance being available for NSO and NSO + Expansion Pack is another nice day of surprise, even if it had been long expected. I wish the lineup of games was more robust. But the possibilities are exciting. I am hoping Super Mario Land 1 will be available soon.

Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom of trailer didn't get me too excited. I hope the villain is someone other than Gannon. I'm sure the game will get its own Direct before launch. The new $70 price tag is BS though and not justified. Nintendo's communication of it was also lacking.

Pikmin 4 - i don't care about this game but good for those that do.

Kirby - I  have lost track of all the Kirby games on Switch.

Bayonetta Origins - Looks awful. I wish they didn't bother.

Everything else was okay.
