When will the Switch Successor launch (2023 version)

And I don’t give much weight to arguments that Switch 2 will come later because the Switch still sells so well. That never stopped Apple from releasing a new iPhone.

I don't think comparing Switch with Apples makes too much sence, starting with Apple discontinuing old Iphones.

Shortest time between a new console (Not revision) announcement and release:
Nintendo: Switch (2016, October 20 - 2017, March 3)  
Microsoft: Xbox (2000, March - 2001 November 15)
Sony: Playstation 3 (2005, May 16 - 2006, November 17)

I think they are going to announce the Next console at least 3-4 months before the release date.
