I highly disagree with you on that. Sony sold most of its european devs awhile ago, and even their european devs just make americanised games. Wipeout for example do you remember that one? Its dormant. Maybe because you are american so you consider it as "Normal" but to an outsider, they're very very americanised, to the point of parody.
Sony even owns some EU IPs that they hiss and hate so much nowadays they probably would sell them for a single dollar. One being a series Buzz, which would have been a massive success during the pandemic if Sony is not dumb and actually cared about non american studios.
But Jackbox took over that market and Sony doesn't care.
