Whatever remains of Klonoa's fanbase is on the Switch now.  Who knows where the rest went?

Well I'm a fan but its not exactly a new game. 

And yeah Klonoa (especially a remaster) definitety lends itself to the Switch. Its likely the vast majority of PS4 owners in Japan also have a Switch, so any game where there's no benefit to having a higher spec machine will always do disproportionately better on Switch.
