Amber's therapist was on her witness list and they didn't call her. Also Dr. Hughes, who they did call, reference these "therapist" notes. I put the quotes there because they A)Where written well after the fact not throughout the relationship as she implied and B)Seem to suspiciously have similar handwriting to her own....

As a matter of fact, it turns out she faked her "therapist" notes. As in, they're her own notes:
