Installing is disc to SSD/HDD. No internet connection is used. No data cap or charge.

Most games the data isn't on the disc anymore. You have to connect to the internet to install a 60gb update which is essentially the same thing if you just bought the game from the digital marketplace. Rare for games to have most of the data on the disc nowadys.
