Hardware wise it is weak compared to the previous few quarters but that's cause the Switch had been doing amazing so despite a big drop still good numbers and software is still really strong with an adjustment upwards. It is for sure past the peak now but it has already done so well that the heights of the DS and PS2 can be achieved if drops aren't too big.
For the successor release date topic holiday 2023 is the absolute earliest it could potentially release but with the pandemic delaying things I can see them delaying the release into 2024 if holiday 2023 was the original plan. It's not out of the question it still happens since that is a full two years away but I'm not expecting it to release 2023 though I won't rule it out yet.
