What if the next Nintendo console is not the "Switch 2"?

I wouldn't mind it being an optional feature either, I just wouldn't want it to be the primary gimmick the device in centred on, like the Wii U's Gamepad.

I think we are still a couple of gens until VR becomes the focus of any console.

Also, it doesn't looks like Nintendo is that interested in Virtual Reality. But I suppose a new gamepad for Switch 2 is a possibility, so let's hope they make it right.
