Samsung typically gives you the best hardware that Android has to offer in several aspects while giving you the longest software updates on Android. (3 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates). On top of that, you have Samsung's marketing prowess and interesting innovations like the Galaxy Note and Galaxy Fold. The main complaints I see is that people don't like their interface which can be fixed to an extent with Nova Launcher.

So when a phone manufacturer like LG charges similar prices but doesn't have a number of features or has inferior features, it's hard to buy them. Too bad cause I was a bit interested in the Wing.

i feel like the wing was a last ditch effort to save the cellphone division.

at any rate it sucks for me in korea since our only real options for android phones over here is samsung or LG, since taxes make non korean phones expensive.

now samsung has effectivly 0 competition over here....
