 If they want me to invest my attention in their sprawling cinematic franchise, they will have to consistently produce quality movies (I owe it to myself to have standards if I'm going to watch a dozen interconnected movies).  Until they prove themselves able, they do not have the privilege of my time.

You can keep that to yourself and not force your standards of "10 odd consecutive certified critiques" to qualify on others who might have varying takes. Apparently a four hour cut of a movie is getting a warmer reception than it's theatrical counterpart whether you like it or not.
