Here's hoping that this does well enough that it helps the DCEU get put back on track. WB mismanaged the series, but this is an opportunity to right the ship. The series has a lot of potential, especially now thanks to how the story in the Snyder Cut played out.

My understanding is that this version is basically fan-fiction, ie completely non-cannon, and that none of its plotlines or events are going to be continued.
