A quick search tells that improving (or rather, doubling) the frame rate requires extra tweaks in each individual game, but there are others that can be improved just by changing a few settings, like in the Pikmin titles. So it seems to vary. The real deal to me is the elimination of jaggies. The game will now look earth-shatteringly gorgeous this time, like it should have in 2011, unless you had a small screen.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
