I picked Paper Mario. It's just about the only N64 game I've completed. And I love it a lot, despite the sequel improving on it in just about every possible way.
It would kind of be cheating to pick Ocarina of Time. I played though the game on 3DS, but didn't even get to Adult Link in the N64 original.
