Not to troll but if Game Pass is said to be so amazing shouldn't it have had an affect on xbox sales throughout 2020? The difference, even in US is huge in favor of ps4 which I still selling strong with PS5 about to release.
Game Pass does have amazing value but it is nothing for me really after having the pc version for half a year. And I think because a big group of people still prefer to pay 60 bucks for a game like God of War (or just wait till it gets a ps hits discount) than get a year of game pass. It's also the reason why I think that series consoles won't sell more as the Xbox ones but similar.

Consumers know that Xbox One is on the way out. Game Pass is doing well because of Windows and existing Xbox One owners. I'd imagine that consumers who don't have anything to play Game Pass on are waiting for the Xbox Series S/X.

Tough to say how low Xbox One sales will be before it's fully discontinued. The Xbox One S is the only model left now, and it should be able to make the lifetime total of 50 million.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 151 million (was 73, then 96, then 113 million, then 125 million, then 144 million)

PS5: 115 million (was 105 million) Xbox Series S/X: 57 million (was 60 million, then 67 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)
