They are not physical games. Plus like none of those are exclusive and most are not worth giving the time of day.

That’s all on you, opinions on how you feel about games doesn’t equate to a drought. Switch is hitting some of the highest sales in Nintendo’s history, Q4 came in second place (only topped by Wii’s Q4 2009), Q1 software sales were record setting. It’s likely Q2 is heading to similarly high sales. This isn’t what you call a drought. Volume of releases are higher than any past Nintendo consoles, and are considerably higher than Xbox One and PS4 combined.

Droughts are a period of prolonged low levels of software releases; but we’re currently in a period of abundant releases and abundant sales. The facts simply don’t add up to a drought.
