No, Joker isn’t even at 70%, so it reset the count to zero.  Forgot that Birds of Prey was even a thing, though.  My bad.

Right, didn't realize there was a difference on RT between not rotten and certified fresh. In any case, as I said, your standard of judgement is a poor one, because just about anyone who's seen all 3 of those movies would tell you that Joker is by so far better than those other 2 certified fresh movies that it's not even funny. The only reason that the professional critics where harsh on it was because it wasn't seen as politically correct enough to tell an origin story that dared to humanize such a twisted character.
