They are from the 2020 CESA Games White Paper.

They make a yearly survey where publishers can report their game sales numbers. So this is total shipment.

Sadly only few companies bother nowadays. Capcom stopped and Square Enix is only updating some old stuff.

Okay, so do we know when this paper dates from, like is it sales as of end of 2019?
