Just based off what we have now, I think the bare minimum of Switch software sales should be as estimated below:

One or two (1-2) 50 million sellers???:
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Two (2) 40 million sellers:
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Four (4) 30 million sellers:
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons
- Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Seven (7) 20 million sellers
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Confirmed)
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Confirmed)
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Confirmed)
- Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Pokemon Sword/Shield
- Super Mario Odyssey
- Super Mario Party

Eleven (11) 10 million sellers
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Confirmed)
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Confirmed)
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Confirmed)
- Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Confirmed)
- Pokemon Sword/Shield (Confirmed)
- Super Mario Odyssey (Confirmed)
- Pokemon Let's Go (Confirmed)
- Super Mario Party (Confirmed)
- Splatoon 2 (Confirmed)
- New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
- Ring Fit Adventure

And there are plenty of other unreleased games that could hit any of these marks: Breath of the Wild 2, Pokemon Gen 9, a new 3D Mario game or that rumored 3D Mario collection.
As well as other games that weren't listed in this latest Earnings Release that will get there: Luigi's Mansion 3, Super Mario Maker 2.

Hardware is one thing; But the potential for software sales for the Switch is... limitless.
