As just mentioned in reference to myself, many of whom would be buying a Switch if it wasn't for the arrival of those new consoles too. Money constraints are real lol

Sorry but I don't think you represent a sizable majority. I don't think PS5 and XSeX will impact switch a lot at all and people like you will eventually get a sale later anyways, so Ninty isn't really losing a sale.

I never said it will have a big impact but it will play a factor in holiday demand and we're only discussing sales this year. But as said, the demand will probably be higher than Nintendo can supply anyway, so its really a matter of how much they can supply, with or without added holiday competition on the market.
