Despite lacking the horsepower of a home console, Switch is the default handheld left. And at that, it's a very powerful one. In my very pessimistic moments, I acknowledged the possibility that the Switch would do almost as bad as the Wii U, or right around the GameCube. But I barely thought that way. I thought early on that it could at least approach the lifetime sales of the NES.
After launch, I started to think it would likely outsell the 3DS. And I've gradually gone up in the last year. Now, I think it will outsell the Wii by at least a few million units (also matching or surpassing the PS1).
So I voted 60-80 million.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 151 million (was 73, then 96, then 113 million, then 125 million, then 144 million)

PS5: 115 million (was 105 million) Xbox Series S/X: 57 million (was 60 million, then 67 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)
