So you have an unsourced claim that you might have heard somewhere and the fact that they were wearing black.

Again, that is incredibly poor "evidence", which seems to be standing almost entirely on your own personal biases as opposed to a reflection of a well-defined reality.

Why are you so defensive of Antifa? They are less than scum. Pityful white, rich kids roleplayig as revolutionaries and led by a small few who wish to overthrow liberal democracies in place of communism that is left of Stalin. I'm curious, what is there to defend of these scumbag knock off terrorists?

I don't like when people take a poorly supported hypothesis as a certainty. Like, if I were to go around saying "This cop is a white nationalist" and my only evidence was the fact that he was bald and arrested a black guy, I think most people would stand up and say "what the fuck are you talking about". I know I certainly would.

That goes doubly so when we are dealing with things that are politically charged, such as this. I think we need to be very cautious about personal biases. As a scientist, I try to keep a look out for biases in myself and while I acknowledge that political biases certainly color my view of reality in a sense, I do my best to prevent my biases from serving as a replacement for reality.

That said, it is also interesting to see how those who lean more to the right construct a narrative around Antifa. I'd be interested to know why you believe Antifa are "less than scum" other than the fact that they are rich, white and like communism.

However, this is certainly far from the topic at hand, so if you would like to continue the conversation (which, I would like if you did), I would request you respond to this post over in the Official Politics Thread.
